Owned by Pensacola local Leonardo “Fredy” Morales, 850 Fusion & Bar was born out of a passion for offering something fresh and unique to the community. From hand-rolled sushi by our master chef, Ari Maximiano, to fusion favorites like birria ramen, our menu is a celebration of global flavors with a local touch. Pair these with classics like hand-formed burgers and slow-cooked birria broth, and you’ll see why we’re redefining dining in Pensacola.

By day, enjoy a laid-back lunch or dinner in our colorful, mural-adorned space. By night, we turn up the energy with our nightclub experience, featuring Latin Night on Fridays and college-focused DJ events on Saturdays.
