Grainhouse A former feed and seed warehouse in the early 1900s, The Grainhouse will become our private event space with a bar and actively operating barrel room. The Grainhouse includes its own bar, bathroom and can accommodate up to 75 in seated form and 125 people in a standing, cocktail-style setting. G&G has begun taking reservations for events starting July 1, 2019 and will consider events earlier than July 1 depending on the date of completion of the project. Garden & Grain Located between the Grainhouse and the Perfect Plain Brewing Company taproom, Garden & Grain will become downtown’s largest garden bar and will specialize in original, uniquely crafted cocktails. Our space will include an active garden that will produce ingredients to be used in our beers and cocktails. Our space will easily allow guests to combine rentals – The Grainhouse, the taproom or the City Garden – using a combination of the taproom and Garden, the Grainhouse and Garden or all three spaces that can accommodate more than 350 people.
