The Palafox House, located at 196 North Palafox Street, is the newest addition to Great Southern Restaurants, parent company of the Fish House, Atlas Oyster House, and Jackson's Steakhouse. For years, Great Southern has provided catering and event planning services for a number of events: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, cocktail affairs, awards receptions, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, as well as luncheon and dinner events.
