Blane, originally from Southern Alabama, and Mari, a Colombian native turned Miami artist, are proud parents and owners of PerdidoBlane Outfitters and MariTirado Art. Their journey led them to Perdido Key, Florida, where they found happiness amidst the surf and sand. Panhandle Salt emerged from their experience organizing pompano surf fishing tournaments along the Panhandle's coastline, spanning 150 miles from Panama City, FL, to Fort Morgan, AL. The unexpected camaraderie and joy among 200 competing anglers inspired a realization – land-based beach anglers are a unique breed. This discovery birthed Panhandle Salt, a brand dedicated to sharing the passion, creativity, and excitement inherent in the surf fishing community.
