Pensacola Greek Festival

The Pensacola Greek Festival, held annually at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, features traditional Greek cuisine, lively music, and dancing, celebrating Greek heritage and culture in the community​​​​.

Every fall, the Pensacola Greek Festival transforms the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church into a vibrant celebration of Greek culture. This three-day event has become a beloved tradition since its inception in 1959. Festival-goers are treated to authentic Greek dishes, including roast lamb, moussaka, spanakopita, and delectable pastries like baklava and Napoleons.

Beyond the mouthwatering food, the festival offers a lively atmosphere with live Greek music and traditional dances performed by children in colorful costumes. The large black-and-white checkered dance floor invites everyone to join in the spirited group dances. The Pensacola Greek Festival is a joyous occasion that brings the community together to celebrate Pensacola's rich greek heritage.
