Join us for Pearls & Grapes, an evening celebrating the perfect pairing of locally sourced oysters and expertly selected wines. This unique experience features a guided tasting and educational presentation by Pensacola Bay Oyster Co., a company dedicated to providing high-quality, homegrown Pensacola oysters while promoting the importance of aquaculture and improving local water quality.
Tasting Menu & Wine Pairings:
Fresh Shucked Raw Oyster – Topped with a green mango mignonette, served with cocktail sauce on the side | Paired with Mira Me Cava
Crabmeat-Stuffed Oyster – Finished with a sauvignon blanc cream sauce | Paired with Cloud Bay Sauvignon Blanc
The Big Easy Oyster – Lightly battered with flour & sweet potato, topped with Coconut Citrus Seabass and sweet potato hash | Paired with Banfi Rose Regale
