LAST CALL: GRANT WORKSHOPS
Visit Pensacola is now accepting applications for events taking place October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025.
The grant deadline is June 6, at 12 p.m. and applications must be submitted electronically. Grant workshops will be hosted at the dates and times below in the Bowden Building at 120 Church Street. All grant applicants are required to attend one of the workshops.

Destinations International CEO Summit
Visit Pensacola President + CEO Darien Schaefer attended the Destinations International CEO Summit in Boston. He was able to network/ exchange ideas with other CEOs, hear from industry leaders, learn about new tools and technologies, and more. Great job, Darien!
Connect Diversity
Destination Sales Manager Tia Robbins traveled to Las Vegas for Connect Diversity. She was able to meet with 42 meeting planners, associations, and organizations nationwide to tell them why Pensacola is The Way to Meet. Great job, Tia!
Brown Bagger Lunch Series Presentation
Visit Pensacola Team members presented on all things Visit Pensacola at the Perdido Key Chamber's Brown Bag Lunch Series. It was great getting to spend the afternoon networking with Chamber members, educate what we do at Visit Pensacola, and show how we market The Way to Beach™. Thanks for having us, Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce!
Destinations FL Marketing Summit
Visit Pensacola Vice President of Destination Development Nicole Stacey traveled to Clearwater, Florida for the Destinations Florida Marketing Summit. Pictured are the ladies of NWFL Destination Marketing (Visit Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach, Gulf County, and Destin - Fort Walton Beach) Great job, Nicole!
Simpleview Summit
Visit Pensacola Team Members Shawn Brown, Lindsey Jackson, and Hannah Pinson traveled to Milwaukee for the Simpleview Summit. SImpleview is a technology software company specifically geared towards Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs). The team attended various sessions, networked with other DMOs, and heard from industry leaders as well.
Visit FL NYC Event
Vice President of Destination Development Nicole Stacey traveled to the Big Apple for an event with VISIT FLORIDA. It was an honor to have been selected alongside 7 other Florida destinations to talk all things Sunshine State with top-tier media and content creators. Pensacola also took the field for a baseball activation at Yankee Stadium to cheer on the Marlins for the win!
Sojern Destinations Advisory Board Event
Vice President of Destination Development Nicole Stacey traveled to NYC for the Sojern Destinations Advisory Board Event. Sojern is a reliable partner for DMOs and is the leading travel marketing platform. This meeting allowed experts to work together and collaborate to pave the way for the future.
Inaugural Black Innovation Tour in Pensacola
Darien and Tia welcomed the Kukua Institute's Inaugural Black Founders' Innovation Summit attendees in Pensacola. This summit aims to bring together like-minded individuals and organizations committed to empowering and uplifting the Black community through the power of innovation. Over two days, entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders gathered in person to learn, network, and get empowered to innovate and scale their businesses, develop and promote their ideas, and foster connections and partnerships. Visit Pensacola looks forward to seeing this summit grow and evolve!
