SMART Meetings
Destination Sales Manager Tia Robbins traveled to New Orleans for SMART Meetings. It was an immersive experience showcasing New Orleans rich history and culture. Over the span of 2 days, Tia met with 25 meeting planners to put Pensacola on their radar as a destination to consider for their next meeting! Great job sharing The Way to Beach™, Tia!
IPW Los Angeles
President and CEO Darien Schaefer and Vice President of Destination Development Nicole Stacey traveled to Los Angeles for IPW. IPW connects travel exhibitors with travel buyers and media to promote their product and negotiate future business. Over three days, there were 60+ appointments with media, trade, and tour operators. Great job!
MPI WEC
World Education Congress (WEC) 2024, Meeting Professionals International’s (MPI) annual gathering, is notable for its range of educational programming. This year’s production in Louisville, Kentucky, was themed around crafting experiences. 700 of 2000 attendees identified as meeting planners traveled for the three-day event with a hosted-buyer component.
