Visit Pensacola and America’s First Settlement Trail Foundation Set to Host A1S Urban Adventure Saturday, May 13

Pensacola, Fla. – As a part of National Travel & Tourism Week, Visit Pensacola is partnering with the America’s First Settlement Trail Foundation to host the inaugural A1S Urban Adventure.
Facilitated through an app from The Go Games, registrants will be given a tiered start time between 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and three hours to complete a game that explores the America’s First Settlement Trail, solves puzzles, and tests knowledge of Pensacola’s history. Tickets are $10 prior to May 10 and are good for teams of up to 10 people. Participants will check-in and start the game in front of the Pensacola Museum of History at 330 S Jefferson Street.
Following the games, an afterparty to recap the day will be held at Voices of Pensacola from 3-5:30 p.m. at 117 E Government Street. Prizes will be distributed based on points won via the game. Food trucks and beverages will be available for sale. Participants do not have to be present to win.

The America’s First Settlement Trail is a three-mile self-guided historic walking trail winding through Downtown Pensacola and the Pensacola Historic District. The trail follows a red line on the ground that features twenty stops and over seventy points of interest marked by medallions and QR codes that will take you to online information about Pensacola’s vast 460+ year history.
