Visit Pensacola, Inc. is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide national and international Marketing and Advertising services for a 3-year contract with an option to renew for 2 one-year contracts, beginning October 1, 2025.

Services to Be Provided to Visit Pensacola:
The marketing and advertising services will assist with providing advertising, marketing, and promotional services that are most advantageous in enabling Visit Pensacola to accomplish its mission of increasing the net positive impacts of tourism on the local economy.
Services include:
- Account management & administrative services
- Maintain and build year-round tourism
- Research and develop new markets, resulting in increased tourism spending
- Maintain or increase the current level of tourist development tax collection
- Increase in-state, regional, national, and international market share
- Build brand recognition, differentiation, and preference among key audiences
- Increase the positive impact of tourism on all communities and tourism sectors
- Increase Escambia County resident's knowledge and awareness of the benefits of local tourism
Proposal Response:
- Provide a cover letter with an outline of media services proposal
- Outline your organization's experience in servicing national media
- Provide samples of work performed
- Include a reference list
- Include contract cost and breakdown of services provided
Proposal Timeline:
- Questions should be directed to Nicole Stacey on or before October 25, 2024, at nstacey@visitpensacola.com.
- All proposals must be received by noon CST, November 25, 2024, to be eligible for consideration. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted or reviewed.
- The selected agency will be announced on February 19, 2025.
Terms and Conditions:
- By submitting a proposal, it is agreed that all or portions of the proposal contents may become a part of a contract if accepted.
- Visit Pensacola, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate the award and conditions before entering into a written agreement.
- This contract will be on a three-year term with the option to renew for two one-year terms.
